Shipping & Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with any product you purchase.
However if you wish to return any item then please call us or inform us by email within 7 days of receipt
of your order.
Postage is to be paid by the customer, original postage cost will only be refunded if an item is faulty or
the wrong item has been sent. We recommend that you use a certificate of posting from the Post Office
and keep receipts confirming your order has been sent back to us.
We also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning as any
parcels not received cannot be refunded. Please make sure the item is in it`s original box/packaging and securely sent.
We will email you on receipt of the item and endeavour to process your refund within 28 days.


REASONS WE WON’T ACCEPT RETURNS:
Once 28 days from the date of dispatch has expired.
If the item is worn, washed, or if you have damaged your item by opening your package with a sharp
blade.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
